Maybe the ladies and gents at FTF can show the FBI how to do their job.

I've looked it over and have a few ideas, but not the time to work it out.

Maybe some history of the victim and his family would help. His IQ and history of mental illness (schizophrenia?) would help direct the translation of the notes.

Just a thought.
