AND for those in the Air Force- when Army parachutist got a new Air force Crew Chief on a jump-

Standard jump was a static line jump. Jumper is connected to the aircraft with a nylon strap (static line) with a metal clip on the end, usually clipped to a steel cable that runs length of aircraft. As jumper falls away from the aircraft, static line pulls the chute out of the pack, snaps the cord (strong pull) and he drops free of the aircraft.

Stick of 10 jumpers- #9 or so would have a spare static line- not hooked to anything at either end. Jumpers are going out the door at a REAL fast shuffle. As #9 passed the new crew chief, he would hand him the metal clip, yell "HOLD THIS!" and jump.

Crew chief would look at it for a half second, realize "I'm about to get jerked out of the plane!" and HAUL back on the static line- falling on his butt.

Beers were on us.

Company sales/customer ice fishing trip north of toronto.

Clueless sales guy stepped out to use the head, and while he was gone, it appeared a fish hit his line... so he reeled it in.

Took a few moments to realize, it was already frozen. It was afterall Canada, and it was cold out.

Took a few more moments to realize it was already gutted.

I finally lost it when someone pointed out it was a salt water fish... and he still didn't get it.

I want either less corruption or more opportunity to participate in it.

Common one, but a good one. Had been working in a cubicle farm and there was some rumors of instability. There was one nervous nelly near me. A couple of us stayed late after work and packed up her entire desk and put her chair upside down on the desk. Needless to say when she walked in the next morning, she turned the corner and froze, looking at her empty cube. Didn't move other than to put her hands over her mouth. The other guy just happened to come over, consoled her and walked her over to a far corner to talk about it as the boss wasn't in yet, where she found her desk had been relocated exactly as she had left it in the other location. First the tears, then some smacking and foul language.

I haven't done this yet, but I have wanted to do it for a while.
Put a "for sale" sign in the company yard. Imagine what the employees would think when they show up to work and find the building is for sale.

Good one. I have wanted to do that to my terrible neighbor. LOL

I have done that with my kids and they back at me. Nothing like a good water fight in the kitchen. What the heck, it's just water.

I did that one planning to get my sister. Instead it got my dad who was working nights and had just gotten up and ready for work. He was NOT happy.

We've done that to some neighbors when they go on vacation. Then take a picture and post it on Facebook and ask why they are moving, which just adds to the chaos. I still haven't been the victim yet.

Knew a guy that taped down the switch on a belt sander, left it sitting on the floor. Co-worker plugged in sander, and it ran out of the door.
