Happy turkey day all. I got my bird on the grill with the wood chips onions, carrotes, Celery and LOTS of GARLIC.... Brined it for a while then coated in Tango Special Spice mixture. Should be hum hum good.......

One turkey in the oven, a breast in the smoker over pecan wood, both brined overnight. Made a sweet potato/pecan pie last night.

Works for me! I use any excuse to imbibe! I'm at work, but as soon as I get off, I'm gonna put a hurtin' on some beer! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
