Noob to the board here but I have only ever sold 1 rifle. A late model M70 in .338 Win Mag that was a close-out from Turners here in SoCal. The stock quality looked "rushed" but I bought it and sold it for $300. Never again.

Harrington & Richardson (New England Firearms) 20-gauge Topper single shot.

I didn't really "get rid" of mine. Sort of a long story. When dad died, my brother held onto his guns (including my shotty, couldn't keep guns at my school). Bro traded it along with my dad's guns for tools.....without telling me, of course.

Any firearm that I have let go, I had predetermined that I would be selling. Some of my firearms could fall in the "junk" category to some, by for different reasons, they are not to me.
So do I say that I have never regretted giving up a firearm, or I never gave up a firearm?

I PAID $12.50 for one of my M14's, but that was around 1994. Irony, eh? I still have that M14.

But I'm sorry for your loss.
