There is a race war raging in Chicago. Mexican Illegals are moving in on traditional Black neighborhoods and rackets. The two factions are at war killing each other.
The Obama Liberals are at a loss as to how to stop this. They have created the garden in which this hate grows. When the Irish, and Italians fought each other in the Post WWI Chicago the Federals moved in. The Federal government stopped the street wars. The criminals became the politicians that now run Chicago.

The south side of Chicago is becoming the cesspool that Detroit has already devolved into and surpassing it quickly.. Its not possible to come in and cleanup all the problems. It is becoming generational and the draw of entitlements is too strong.

At least when the Italians and Irish were going at it, there was some honor and boundries in the killings. They didn't fire indiscriminately into crowds and kill over petty little beefs.

The problem is not "entitlements" or brown encroaching on black.

The problem is the insane profits available from the illicit drug trade and the gangster culture that comes with it.

There are only 2 possible solutions...

Option A: Wall of these Ghettos, stop all traffic in or out, and let the inhabitants kill each other over dwindling resources...

OR

Option B: End the war on drugs, legalize, distribute, and tax. Recognize that we will ALWAYS have an abuse problem but we CAN eliminate the violence associate with distribution the same way we ended the Capone style gang violence over Liquor.

Option A was a "tounge in cheek" representation of what we are currently doing... Tighter controls and expanding police powers and budgets will NEVER solve this problem. Even I'd we could "wall it off", the lure of drug proffits would simple cause this blight to migrate somewhere else.

Our Government is prepetuating a system through which these policies coupled with failed schools and pop culture virtually guarantees that young minorities born into it... Have ZERO chance of escape.

There are many steps to fixing the problem but step 1. is to remove the lure of being a gangster by eliminating the profit of doing so.

END THE DRUG WAR... legalize, distribute, and tax... Just like Alchohol.
