Looks like botachtactical has the best "retail" selection. Blueguns.com is the largest maker, but costs more to get direct and they only seem to sell to Leo.

There are other retailers, too. Some appear to think these are more valuable than others.

TWMIM / Longballer:

Just a thought - but perhaps we get a "hit list" of the top 8 or 10 most requested models?

I would think more XD/XDm than Glock.

Glock guys are kind of utilitarian in their usage of inferior products, you know, like Glock. Zing.

I would think more revolver guys would opt for customer leather, but there are a lot of styles out there, so maybe we expand on this category.

I would think, with absolutely no data to back this up whatsoever, that someone who spends a bit more on the pistol is willing to spend a bit more on some custom leather for it.

So probably not so much with Hi-Point, Bryco Arms, and Jennings.

Thoughts?

I'm seeing some on Amazon.

I wonder what the most popular model is, the one you're likely to use most.

I just ordered six of these, hopefully that will give me one good mold if I combine them all and mix the powder quickly enough.

I hope there's enough leather. I think I'd like some MOLLE loops and some silver conchos. The one on TWMIM's new tracker holster is REALLY NICE!

Can I get tassels?

By the way, this definitely WON'T be a one size fits all kind of situation.

And this entire post is in jest. No disrespect to Longballer.
I think I've gotten your mold already ...

Yep, just had this thought as you were posting. I don't know if a poll would work for this or not.

They do make damn near everything, though. I saw NAA mini revolvers, and the Taurus Judge.

Bowing out. You make 1911 holsters, I carry a 1911. I've followed your work, and I'll be hitting you up when I have some extra cash.
Take care.

I don't think a poll, because then you get random answers from people who just want to play along without vested interest.

I would think Dave would be able to check e-mails and PM's and see what has been requested.

I have no dobut that Browning HP folks would want in, but I doubt there are that many running around that use it as their dialy carry to make it worthwhile.

Options, like a 1911 with a wonder rail, would be an obvious choice.

Aww. No harm intended!! No need to bow out! I welcome your jest, and even your input on how this rolls on.

I look forward to working with you on that 1911!

Here's a thought... When mail ordering, there is usually substantial savings when ordering a lot of stuff and shipping in one box. If we all do this, mucho moneyo will be spent by us on shipping, not only to our houses but then to longballer. How about just sending $ for the holster, longballer order the smurf guns, and we all save a little more? Or does someone have political connections to the post office...
