I don't think so. You would be making a holster, not another Blue gun to compete with their blue guns. If anybody owns the shape, and name of the original gun, it would be the gun manufacturer. Again, making holsters would not compete with their production of gun. You could infringe their copyright, if you stamped the arms companies copyrighted name on the holsters for sale.

I did call him and left a msg telling him I was checking in on him and his family to make sure everything was OK. I told him to either call or post to let us know that everything is fine.

Hey everyone!! Back stateside and headed home!
Thank you all so much for your concern and genuine thoughts for myself and the family. I'll be home tmrw and back at it.
As far as all the MIA holsters. My better half says she thinks they are still in her car if they haven't arrived yet. She is always on my asss about shipping faster so I gave them to her. Either way; its my fault and there's no excuse for letting my friends down. It's horrible business practice and even worse when it's friends that are counting on you to come through and live up to your word.
I know some of you are pissed at me or worse. If you want to talk about a refund just say the word. I hope you don't, but understand if you do. If they are indeed in her car, I will send them out myself either way. I am including a huge future discount to each of you waiting, in case you ever want to order again.
This sux. I was all happy to be coming back and read some good posts.
For those that called me, I will return your calls when I get home. I'm sorry to have you all waiting yet again on me and to have you thinking that I was either in trouble, sick, or just bailed on you. Me feeling like the ******* I am isn't enough, but I assure you that I do.
