I need a utility that'll overclock my ATI PowerColor 3850. ATITool won't do it, nor will RIVATuner.
The next version of ATITool is supposed to be able to OC and OV it, but it's nowhere near being out yet.
Anyone have any ideas?

So you need to overclock a Radeon HD 3850 eh? Have you tried the Catalyst Control Center?
CCC doesn't allow for overclocking. You need a 3rd party overclocking utility.
