Over the white is perfect, there is not need for the extra work, just fill in the dots, there might be a small dimple when they dry, this is normal, fill in again and repeat until you like the result.

I use my thumb with a quick upwards movement to leave a flat dot, when I apply the last layer.

By the way that is a good looking tool you have there, is that laser a Crimson or did it come standard with the pistol?

Sorry, the picture is pretty dark.

No laser actually. I'm guessing that what appears to be a control knob on the back of the grip there is actually the ambidextrous safety. The grips in that pic are the standard issue black plastic panels for that gun. (CZ-82)

I have a couple of these pistols, (dandy for CC...) but they are both wearing wood grips these days from Marschalgrips.

Sorry Jeff this was for supporting members to test.

You will need to purchase some from him. It is not expensive I believe.

Just thought I would give a little update. I put 6 dots of the Glow On on a coffee cup and one square sticker. On the dots I put clear nail polish on half and nothing on the other 3. Seems to be holding up good to the bath tub abuse, hot water, soap and the like. No issues yet. Will keep you updated.
