Default Gift For The Wife

I've been inquiring about a S&W Bodyguard .380 from one of my reps (well many of them) for quite some time as it was going to be a gift to the wife for our anniversary/b-day (they are 3 days a part) so the wife usually gets a present for both. Many guns that are hot go on allocation and it's harder for smaller dealers to get allocations. I was going to order it from Buds since their OTD price was the same as the distributor's price, but it was too late as they just sold out when I went to checkout. Anyways, I mentioned that it would be a gift for the wife to this rep yesterday and magically he had one sitting under a desk somewhere that he sent out and will arrive today. Just thought that was cool for him to do and it's nice to see there are still good people out there. He could have given it to a bigger account and just moved on. I added some inventory items to the order just cause he took care of me but you just don't see that kind of customer service these days. Just thought I would share. This will be her very first gun that is HERS and will be here EDC. Pictures to follow.

Very cool. It's things like that that keep my coming back to a business. Great gift btw.

Thanks, that's the only gun she really liked. At least it's not pink
