And to the question of gas prices from other observers. Oil companies don't need an excuse to justify
their insatiable greed for more dollars. They just raise the damn prices at the gas pumps at whim.

I've had it with all the Oil Company bashing! Just how much do you think it costs to doe the kind of exploration required to find those oil reserves we have, not to mention those at the bottom of the gulf of Mexico, or off the coast of Ireland, in Alaska?

Oil exploration isn't cheap and although the companies produce huge profits, that is what retains their investor base so that they can do that exploration, refining and distribution of fuel for our vehicles!

I agree with DuneRunner !. The oil company's have are backs, just like
the banks, Wall Street, Congress
& used car dealers lol.

sad thing is,if gas/fuel was 20bucks a gal. we would just bitch about it & still buy it
