When I was over there and coming back from downrange early in the mornings we would always get the "dog on a stick" from the old women cooking on their hibachis. Still to this day have no idea what kind of meat it was.

For a while (maybe still, I don't know) McDonald's in the Chicago area had a sign on the ledge of their drive through window: " Braille and picture menus available on request"
I can't imagine many sightless drivers needing a Braille menu, and I'm not sure how an illiterate driver would know McDonald's is trying to accommodate them.
