I have read elsewhere here that the bullet diameter and overall cartridge length is identical in both 5.56 and .223 Win, it is only the pressures that differ. If the COL is the same how would the bullet engage the rifling differently?

On my new .380 Ruger LCP it had a Florecent-Green round sticker on the left side of the frame,and my buddy had a Yellow round sticker on his...Anybody know what they stand fore ???...
