I've heard of 'em, never seen one. Looks like a skaggy beaver. Think i'd parboil it, then bake it in BBQ sauce smothered in onions.

For those that don't know Nutria are a rat and fill the same ecological niche as muskrats. However, they are bigger and meaner. They will even kill small dogs. they are considered an alien species in North America and should be killed on site, If you don't killl it please capture it and call animal control so they can. They are very harmful to the ecological food web in North America. Also if you kill it you can eat it like others have suggested
