Found out something I didn't know...
Today I learned something I did not know. Here In NC we have Nutria. Everyday I learn something.
Now that I have it, what to do with it?

Shoot it and have RSG poach it in court bouillon for you. Then shoot it again and eat it.

I sure hope that thing ended up DEAD after he posed for the pics. Don't let these B@@@@@DS SPREAD. Maybe that oil spill will help La. get rid of this un wanted SOB. Wills in da Swamp!

Slice it into chunks and fry it with some garlic and a red wine sauce. Serve over wild rice.
