This was posted as a Government security fail. ???? it also had a caption, this was take your kid to work day.
What I'm curious about is the Ruger MK series stuffed in his waistband pointed towards his pecker. Where did that come from? I've never seen one in any armory. Thoughts?

Are you sure it's a guy? Looks a little too feminine to be a guy to me. It may just be the fuzzy pic though 
They may have brought the Ruger in with them.

I don't know, I've seen guys that look VERY feminine.
As far as bringing it in, I was always patted down when entering or exiting the armory. And my gun was stored in the armory!!!
Judging by the hairstyle, I'd say this was taken in the 90's, and I know a lot has changed since 9/11...

Well, have had Rugers on the property book, and in the Arms Room. First, the Ruger pistol is a secondary martial arm- used by SpecOps for years with a suppressor. Second, we had small bore rifles and pistols for competition shooting.

Many military installations have "sporting" guns in the armory for recreational shooting by the base personnel.

Also on some installations, those that live in the barracks are required to maintain their firearms in the base armory.
