It's starting... http://www.firearmstalk.com/forums/f12/ftf-bushcraft-school-30313/

I'll add three short articles between Friday and Saturday:

-Choosing a bushcraft knife
-Reasons behind our choice for the official FTF knife model
-Basic knifecraft and care (including some pimping tips for the FTF knife)

After we're done with steel, we'll move on to fire. We're taking it a bit slow because we want to have the FTF knives ready for anybody who might want one before starting with all the assignments.

Will you be awarding merit badges, like in the Boy Scouts, to use as an avatar by those who complete each evolution?

For example, Wood Carving

At this point, I'm going to ask that this thread be closed. It served to announce, and now we need to eliminate the clutter, the Master Chief Instructor has started the relevant thread.

I'm starting one last thread on this, and that will be the sign up so that we can get an idea on our needed knife quantity.

This bad boy blew up.

Thank you.
