Thank you for your support and understanding. Not everyone understands my dedication to animals. The voice for those who cannot speak for themselves. I'd no sooner turn my back on a needy animal than I would a needy human. I'm an incredible "softie".

And stand by my word? Absolutely. Isn't that what partially defines us? And I am not a liar. Nor will I break anyone's trust.

He's adorable. I have a picture of Toby somewhere in my gmail account. I don't have time to dig it up now but I will post it later. He's a nice looking dog. River Rat sent me a picture of his dog just like any 'proud papa' would. LOL

When we first bought this house last summer(our first) we nearly went into "hock" doing work in the Back Yard to make it "bulldog" friendly....he's got a 40' run at the side of the house,..a bone shaped splash pool,..and we have a local carpenter who's an out of wk Vet building him a Dog House which will be painted Desert Camo...one of his "Vanity" Tags says "SGT. GATOR" K-9 Scout, 75th Ranger Regiment(I did not serve in the regiment but i graduated the school...at the time I was the first "warrant officer pilot to do so(1980)"...

I was able to contact one of his coworkers and they will see if they know about Toby. His daughter lives in Florida and was not with him when he passed. Her brother was taking care of the arrangements but he has not returned any calls to his sister. I was able to contact her on FB, Bob only had about 10 friends, I feel blessed to be one of them. I'm going to look at some emails and send out request from the jokes we exchanged. We will find Toby, don't worry WOC.

My condolences and prayers go out to the family.

Winds, I wish you the best with finding Toby. He'll have a good home with you.

Good going Tri70!!!

Winds, let the rest of us know how we can help; transport won't be free and you may need some Scooby snacks and toys.
