Default First time RSO..

Got my NRA-Range Safety Officer certification last Saturday. Today was my first "official" day on the job. I usually just help customers, run NICS checks, and work the register. All went good, it was an un-eventfull day, but way more stressful than working up front...lol. Anybody else on here an RSO......? Any advice for a newbie...?

Congrats for taking on that responsibility!

Advice? Keep a cool head, explain why someone can't break the range rules, be vigilant, teach, don't argue, and keep safety of the utmost important.
