I some times drop a peppermint hard candy or two in my cup right after removing the bags.

+1 on the tea ball, the 1-1/2 " does well for a cup or mug, the larger one for a larger pot 4-8 servings.

the "Brand" is E H(K) O, Assam is the variety. it is a black tea that has a different quality of taste over say Darjeeling Thin bodied, floral and fruity tea from Darjeeling with defining muscatel tones. Today often processed as a mixture of black, green and oolong elements, though still classed as black.
Assam Full bodied, strong and distinctively malty tea from the lowlands of Assam. It is the highest produced tea in the world.
Info is from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_tea
