Fire at Ruger plant
"PRESCOTT - A fire Wednesday morning at the Sturm, Ruger and Company facility damaged a piece of equipment but did not extend into the building itself, a Prescott Fire spokesman said.

The fire, which ignited in a dust-collection unit, was called in at about 9:30 a.m., Division Chief Don Devendorf said. The device had a built-in fire extinguisher, which put out part of the flames, he said, and employees took care of the remaining fire." 31502

Didn't they have a fire there a few months ago?

Meh. It's all par for the course to a certain extent at a metal fabrication plant.

This fire was certainly no big deal. I only posted it because I figured members here would hear about and this way they could get the facts about it causing little or no loss of production.

It was a collapsed roof last summer...
