I charge $20.
My break-down is something like:
$5 - FDLE
$15 - Applied to other areas that include Telephone (FAX), license, taxes.

This is a good link. Most in my area are $25.00-$35.00. I do have one real close that only charges $20.00 but he can be difficult to contact at times.

My last transfer fee, about a month and a half ago was 5 bucks. But she said she's going up to 15 bucks this year. Still not bad considering other LGS's in the area are 25 to 40 bucks.
