Wow, Uticas got Pigs? I thought those guys had zoning ordinances and stuff like that. This could be a huge boon for Utica, now nobody has to stand in the lines at soup kitchens, just go Hog Hunting downtown! We used to do that when I was a young punk but we were in search of the 2 legged ones (Plenty of those). Not so good eatin but its still pork!
