It goes fast for sure. That filled a gallon baggie stuffed full when I put it in there. Sent that to a guy in Mass. for his son who loves it.

jerky is also one of my favorite snacks. i like the homemade jerky much better than the store bought variety.

i hope to make a smoker/dehydrator in the future to try my hand at making my own jerky. i have an old water heater that i have plans for using as the main component.

Right now I am snacking on some shelled pistachio nuts. They are pretty tasty.
