Here's my order

1st - George Lazenby
2nd - Daniel Craig

They afford the role a sorely needed machismo and grit.

3rd - Pierce Brosnan
4th - Sir Sean Connery

These two are just great actors, did the role justice. Brosnan, especially lent it a sincerity and intensity that was close to that of the first two, but not quite the same caliber.

5th - Timmothy Dahlton

Simply put a cheeseball actor, terrible amd typical 80s puke worthy filmography, clothing, and acting.

6th - Roger Moore

The most milquetoast nancy of the bunch. Made Bond look like a crumpet gnawing, tea sipping chick. Elton John had more ballz in sequins.

Sean Connery, no one was better.

Sean Connery is my favorite. I must've watched Goldfinger 10+ times.

Connery is 'the' Bond.

Daniel Craig is very good and may become the best, but that is uphill in the best of circumstances.

I like Sir Roger Moore as an actor, but whenever I watched him as Bond, it always seemed like 'The Saint in the Secret Service'.

George Lazenby was the most physically accurate Bond.

Interesting thought, Ian Fleming had a vision of Hoagy Carmichael as the image of Bond.

Sean Connery is the best Bond, followed by Craig. But they have really changed how Bond is as a person with the newer ones. There is more emotion and feeling with the newer ones. Along with more guns and less gadgets. I kinda miss the old Bond, but it's all good this gives uas more perspective on Bond's life.

I'll admit I put Sir Connery before Brosnan, originally, but had a very hard time with the decision and changed it. I stick to my revision though. Connery was good, but he lacked the smooth nature and intensity that the rope demanded, as far as I'm concerned. He over simplified and generalized the character, and if it weren't for his great acting, he'd be placed just barely above Sir Moore.

1. Sir Connery...will always be my first choice for Bond...

2. Brosnan...I liked him in Remington Steele and he was a great choice to take over the role.

3. Craig...He brings a darker side to Bond, which I think was much needed.

4. Sir Moore...Kinda boring

5. Lazenby...He's better then Timmy...To be honest...I'm probably not being very fair to him.

6. Dalton...He sucks balls as a Bond!

I second this

Sorry there can only be one Bond and it's Sean Connery. ***** Galore even as a grandmother today will always have a place in my heart. Besides I got a gun like his.
