How about a revival of the Spanish Pressin pistol? It was designed as a last resort weapon for army officers and important members of the government that could be targeted for kidnap by terrorist groups like ETA. It held two rounds as was carried in a belt sheath that looked exactly like a poufh for sunglasses, it could be fired directly from the sheath without drawing it.

It fired a weird caliber bullet, that was only available to people who were authorised by the government (or something like that, the idea was to limit its availability to the general public).

Maybe it can be reworked into something that's commonly carried today, like a mobile phone.

Is it fired from the button? It almost looks like you'd squeeze it, like a stapler from hell.

All I kno is I want one!

The red button is a safety. It's fired by squeezing it, you can fire both bullets at the same time or one by one depending on how hard you squeeze it.

I'm in James Bond heaven. Zippo gun. I'm falling in love all over again.

In the bottom page of the instructions, it almost looks like a cigarette in his hand while he's holding the "death stapler."

Love it!!!

I didn't read all the excellent input here, but what about a flare gun with 2" very mild loads?

A long seach for odd items I haven't been lucky enough to purchase... the quest continues
The rings are worn backwards, showing only a modest silver or gold band then turned to defend. I truly wanted it but sold for $5,400 & $3,200. Almost double what I could pay.

The Zippo sold for more than 6k

I own a Colt Pen gun in the box with four rounds. Never shot it as it seem far from safe to use.
