Early morning workouts and bike rides, and the smell of fresh coffee and eggs cooking in the morning, especially in the summer.

Cloudy days and thunderstorms at night.

Ice cold rivers and lakes and a cold beer on a hot day.

A good woman to snuggle with...and make up with after a disagreement.

Shooting for pleasure and enjoyment, and constantly learning, improving and applying new skills for improvement.

When dawn brings a new day, and I am still alive, healthy and mobile enough to enjoy it and participate in what it may bestow...good or bad.

Taking a saddle that is falling apart and making it useable again.

Having a positive sniff.

Riding horses along the river.

Quick edit:

Things I enjoy:

Finally getting to hold my knife in my hand after watching the UPS truck past my house earlier.

I enjoy time, so many things we have to do daily. Work and sleep eats up so much of this priceless thing. The time I have with family and friends is truly valued. Even more is the few moments a person has where there is nothing to be done, no personal or professional obligations. Just time to do what ever you want with those few minutes or hours. It's a busy world these days and hard to find the time to just coast, don't waste them. Do something that makes you grin big.

Seeing my beautiful daughter, giving her a hug, and hearing her say I love you so much Daddy.

Spending time doing ANYTHING with my son.

The smell of Fall leaves.

Thunderstorms.

The smell of burnt gunpowder.

Staring at the stars on a clear night.

Building a finely fitted piece of furniture.

Long walks in the middle of the night.

A juicey medium rare steak.

Sleeping.

Drawing.

Pushing out the last rep, to failure.

Throwing, knives, axes, hatchets, spikes, circular saw blades, anything I can make stick.

Fresh Jersey tomatoes, still warm from the sun, straight out of the garden.

Boobies and butts!

Training to be as good at whatever I choose to do as I possibly can be.
