The Pima County Sheriff's Department notified Tucson police that 23-year-old Kyle James McCartin was arrested early Tuesday on two counts of aggravated assault.
It appears that he may get to see the other side of the justice system.
What a dumbass.

As idiots like this prove very often psych tests are not 100%. They are very subjective as results are determined by the person administering the test. Especially during the verbal portion, in other words a good BS'er can pass without issue.

There was a case locally several years ago where a newly hired female officer (drunk also) had her newly issued weapon at a night club with her and was caught pointing the laser at other people's heads as a "joke"!

I don't think he will make probation and if he does the chief should be fired.

When I first saw this on fox the article said he was fired. I think that's a no brainer though. If he didn't get fired I'd want to know what would.

Some people just shouldn't be cops. I read a story a while back about a cop who got out of his car at a fast food drive thru and was screaming at some guys in the car ahead of him and took his gun out several times. Crazy.

hired in September and was on probationary status
Yeah, there is ONE probate that did not make the grade....

And yeah, article says he had been fired.

What we have here is... failure- to communicate.
