Default Dog repellent?

Does anyone recommend a good dog repellent?

There's a dog that invariable craps on the same spot of my yard, I'm ready to give the ultimatum to his pet human but he comes either too late or too early in the morning.
We have a city ordinance that says everyone has to pick their animal waste in city limits, just basic courtesy, my friends an we pick ours.

Nothing to hurt the good animal, mind you, just to fend him off.

I'm collecting my concentrated urine, ( go run on a hot day, mow the lawn, keep water at a minimum, that's the stuff!)male dogs find it unattractive, I'm almost certain this one is a bitch.

Any advice is most appreciated.

Just pour some bacon grease on the pile of crap, and the dog will be back later to eat it, then maybe go lick his owners face when he is done.
Problem solved!

Gosh Gordo, you are making me hungry!
Maybe I'll use some of my own hot pile
