The fact that almost everything you want to do is legal except for drugs which I'm sure will change in the next decade esp. marijuana laws.

Also you can say pretty much whatever you want and have little to no recourse. I mean in Britain they have laws for offending people.

I can't posses most guns that are on my 'to buy' list.
I can't ride a motorcycle without wearing a helmet.
I can't drive a car without wearing a seat belt.
I can't ride in the back of a pickup truck.

Those are the first few that come to mind, but if I thought about it for a few minutes, I could fill a couple of pages.

Matt, You gotta move to Texas. Can buy pretty much any gun you can afford, no state restrictions above NFA regs. No helmet needed if you are 18 or over. Seat belt regs exist here but I would feel completely naked w/o one on. You can ride in the back of a pick up.
