When I was a tween I pulled one of those out of just such a pot and ate it.
And as soon as we got home my Grandmother was on the phone with my Mom telling me I had ruined her and Grandpa's dinner by stealing one of her stuffed peppers. Stuffed what? They were just these yummy-smelling big meatballs in green peppers warming in a big pot of tomato sauce and I ate one. What was the big deal!?

wife made some wonderful chicken fried steaks tonight with homemade french fries and had some garlic toast and country gravy. Mmmmm good!

Have me over next time. I love chicken fried steak. Today I get off work at 6am and then havetime off. I am thinking of doing a hot and spicy chicken dish with yakasoba noodles and renting "argo"

Tonight my wife is going to make cajun style meatloaf from ground moose. Baked sweet potatoes, green beans with bacon, and macaroni salad.

Two large onions, one large sweet pepper, one head of garlic, one can of tomato paste, one large can of tomato sauce, two packs of hot dogs.... slow simmer, served over angel hair pasta.........And a six pack to wash it down......
