I bought the Bacon Spam a few months ago. My son and I ate it. Then we read the 'Nutritional Value'. It'll be a while before I eat Spam again. I like it, though.

I'm still eating the pulled pork I made a couple days ago. And it looks like I'll be eating it a couple more days. I'm not complaining.

I'm grilling rib eyes, new York strips, having baked potatoes, and salads for dinner, may make some homemade biscuits or cornbread as well.

A BLT is just that........Bacon, lettuce, tomato.

A grilled cheese is just that..........Cheese, grilled on two pieces of bread. NO ham, NO veggies, etc.

What is wrong with you people? Why mess with perfection?

And a burger off the grill is eaten with no condiments so you can savour the full flavour of the grilling. Only lesser flavourful burgers need lettuce, pickle, tomato, onion, etc.

I'm a "food purist".

different ingredients give food a new flavor dimension. adds new levels of flavor to the food and makes eating more flavorful. i like to experiment with different spices and ingredients to see what i can come up with.
