Chuck roast cooked slow all day in red wine in the Crockpot, with some taters, onions, celery and carrots tossed in the last 4 hours or so. Fork tender and OMG good.

Rolled chicken in olive oil, then in a mixture of whole grain pancake mix, flour, ms dash, and bbq dry rub. Baked in a casserole with potatoes. Easy good cooking.

Monday post S. B. I had a Chicago beef sandwich for a late lunch, so tonight I'm going hydraulic for dinner. Dewars and the occasional ice cube for something solid.
