You all need to go to the Gilroy Garilc festival! http://gilroygarlicfestival.com/

Seriously, the festival should be on your bucket list. I have only gone a few times (I don't care for crowds- and there are massive crowds!) but the food is absolutely to die for. Lots of great entertainment too. Some of the best recipes on Earth come out of the Garlic Festival and they put out a recipe book every year I think. I had one recipe for garlic ravioli that had like 5 full heads of roasted garlic, some ricotta and a very few other ingredients- absolutely to die for!

It is something else! Here is a sponser video- has some good footage. They do the "Pyro Chef" thing all day long. The cooks have to rotate very frequently because of the heat. It is typically over 100 degrees in Gilroy in July so doing that flame up thing really gets hot fast. A buddy of mine is one of the guys in the pyro grill.

Garlic expressions. Period. This stuff is made near Toledo. I find it in different stores, but its made an hour drive from me. It is basically a vinegarette with garlic and spices, but is freaking awesome! It is always on my salad with parmesan cheese. Marinade chicken in it Mmmmmm. I love getting to the bottom of it, the pickled cloves are worth fighting over. If you find it, buy a couple bottles. If you don't find it, ask for the store manager!

Sounds like hospital food.

You know why hospital food is so soft?

So it won't hurt anyone when it gets tossed out the window!
