I had a new years party last night, I made a smoked brown sugar ham, a turkey seasoned with honey, ms dash, and garlic pepper. Both turned out great. Had a veggies plate, cheese ball, cheesy potato casserole, pineapple upside down cake, and brownies with caramel and marshmellow. Ugh. Almost hard to drink with all that food. Almost.

A char broiled flank steak mexican rice and a big chile Relleno. All nicely covered with chili verda pirco. Washed down with an Amber Dos XX. This is adult food if you are a tofu junkie don't try this at home.
