for Christmas dinner we had King Ranch Chicken, chicken enchaladas, BBQ pork ribs, fried okra, mashed potatoes, green beans , corn, hot rolls, beer can chicken, apple pie, pecan pie, banana pudding and sweet tea and coffee.

we had dinner over at my wife's neices apartment, my SIL and her husband, my stepdaughter and my stepsons, my mother in law and the wife and i. we had a good time and got full as ticks because the food was great.

Just the two of us today, so for supper I made french bread pizza with pesto, pepperoni, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Washed mine down with a delicious 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon from the Holy Cross Abbey winery in Canon City, CO.
