I tried to skin the birds fast style, take thighs and legs and filet the breast meat.
More waste than I like, but it was fast for stewing. and solved the gang bangs
My birds for the freezer will be plucked, leaving the skin on. I got about 1/2 dozen to do this week. Some of the little ones need more time.
As soon as they start jumping the girls, a bunch have to go.
