Deer back straps....still steaming from said deer-homemade cajun fries, dinner rolls, and mountain dew

Just had the sh!ttiest dinner in a while.. inlaws are visiting and the matriarch takes over since the warden can't hardly cook. What garbage! I'm pissed!! :-(

Just had some of the Best homemade tacos using Taco Bell Fire sauce to top them off along w/ice water...Simple and Good

Belizian Stewed Chicken (mainly uses achiote seasoning).
Chickens were butchered this afternoon from roosters that just came of age.

Note: About 1/2 the chickens hatched are males aka roosters. Once they are the right size, they are good to go (in the stewpot).

Good eatin', them young cockerals. We've been salivating all day over the chicken N dumplings that was simmering in the slow cooker today. Donor Chicken was one of ours that went to Freezer Camp in September. MmMmm
