Nothing for dinner tonight. Been working 12 hours and i was to tired to eat. Working 11pm to 11am and didnt get to bed untill almost 3pm and didnt get up untill 9:30, took a shower and came to work.

Beaglesam, Wow I just love fried catfish. It seems eating catfish is like drinking scotch whisky. Folks have to develope a taste for it. I feel real sorry for those poor devils who only eat Gordons Fish Sticks.

Tonight I'm making Runzas for my daughter, granddaughter and I. They will be ground beef, onions and sauerkraut.
