I had breakest fir dinner and dinner for breakfest

I have a pork roast going in the crock Pot with potatoes, tons of carrots (my favorite), celery and onions. That will feed me for several days......unless my youngest son takes me up on my offer to come have dinner with me. This picture is before it began to cook.

Ive been working so much overtime that i havent had a decent meal this week, and i probly wont have dinner tonight because i am working my days off and need the sleep

Looks yummy! Crockpot food is always good. I'm making stuffed cabbage in mine tomorrow.

That's the truth. I think with the leftover pork roast I might make barbecue pulled pork. I just got home from visiting my Dad and my house smells delicious.
