Fridge is filling up with eggs (I gotta find more customers!), so I made a quiche - grated russet potato for the crust, sauteed swiss chard from the garden with some green onion, venison/pork smoked sausage, broccoli florets, eggs, milk, thyme, rosemary, grated parmesan cheese, salt & pepper. 40 minutes at 425F. Gail rated it "delicious".

The very best Anasazi Beans come from Dove Creek, Colorado. You might try them with Habanero peppers. The Jalopeno is a replacement for celery.

That sounds delicious.

I buy my eggs from a chicken farmer down the road from me. I don't particularly want to tend a flock of chickens so I let him do it for me.

We haven't bought eggs in over a year. And we get the occasional chicken dinner as a bonus.

Oh yeah, we got our first chickens little over a year ago. We now have 65, including too many roosters, and getting enough eggs to sell at work and eat plenty, too. Also have guineas, four turkeys, and four goats. They're a lot of fun, and a lot of work.
