Cedar plank grilled salmon with lemon zest, fresh dill and Rosemary. Served with mushroom and rosemary risotto. Then some zucchini and green beans from the garden. Finally a glass of Pinot Grigio to wash it down.

Was in a rustic but rich flavored food mood.

And bacon. Don't forget to add bacon.

Just kidding. Chicken is pretty bland without some kind of spice. It doesn't take marinade very well unless you inject it.
Dry rubs are good.

No! No effing bacon! Maybe some cheese though. It's kind of soupy, shredded chicken. So I think if I add a few spices it will be kind of like chicken chili.
