Microwave lasagna and an ice cream sandwich for desert.

3 more days until the weekend!

I'm having pulled pork with home made bbq sauce and some green beans and onions.
I don't know as I have not had it without the breading, but the breading is what holds onto the garlic and oil. It is not a heavy breading. The next time I make it I will post a picture. It is not like a chicken Parm.

The pulled pork would be good also. I do like homemade bbq sauce. green beans and onions are a great combo!

I try to avoid things with gluten in them.

The pulled pork was delicious.

I think I'm going to have a popsicle for dinner. Too hot for anything else.

Default Dinner, what's up?

Grilled chicken wings on the Big Green Egg tonight. Sweet B'cue for the kids, habanero b'cue for my wife and some really spicy garlic with ghost pepper for me. Some carrots, peppers and Sierra Nevada Summerfest to complete the meal.
