Rogan Josh, a curried lamb dish. Served over basmati rice with sides of roasted purple potatoes & crimini mushrooms, and fresh green peas.
Washed down with Georgia and Oklahoma craft beers.

Pizza from Gaitano's at Balota's place. We're watching hockey. Meat lover's pizza with onions.

I just whipped up some Jerk seasoning and started some chicken marinating.
I tasted about a dab on a toothpick, and my lips are still burning.
It's going to be gooooood!

I don't know what's for dinner yet but, I just did a first attempt at a hot, spinach/garlic/basil/tomato/onion/gr. pepper/cheeses & olive oil bruschetta dip for Father's day tomorrow. It needs more garlic, basil, salt & pepper, but other than that it's outstanding!

I assume you have downloaded the application? On Apple products, just click the mountain with the moon behind it.

Chicken tacos, made with our own home-grown rooster, cooked all afternoon until tender in the slow cooker, seasoned with Penzeys chicken taco spice mix and lime juice. Added sautéed bell pepper, onion and Serrano chiles - all out of my garden.
