Oh, man! Spam is a gift from heaven.
Just never, NEVER sully it with Miricle Whip!
Cloves, cinnamon, garlic, orange rind or juice, grapefruit,brown sugar, cranberries, pineapple, lingonberries, apricots, or just about any sweet or tart flavor goes with Spam.
But never, ever MW!

I will try it. My friend told me he grills it and puts it on toasted baguettes with pepperjack cheese for an appetizer. I remember my granny making it but don't think I ever ate it.

Fond memories of when I was younger and used to backpack. If I was going out for a week or two, I'd take a couple of cans. It was a real treat to have Spam for breakfast when youv'e been sitting up in the woods for weeks.

I've had Spam...just not very often. The last Spam I fried up was Bacon Spam. It was pretty darned good. I had it with eggs and toast.
