The wife bought some Kobe ground beef yesterday so I'm grilling burgers tonight along with some homemade fries.

Scallops Toscana-Seared U-10 diver scallops with sauteed canellini beans, scallion pesto, shallot and garlic with pan warmed arugula tossed in a bacon and cherry tomato vinagrette, truffle oil.

and

Pan roast duck breast with garlic brabant potatoes, summer squash spaghetti, sun dried tomato pesto and cherry balsamic drizzle.

I make hot wings every couple of weeks. I just cut them up and throw out the tips. 10 wings or 20 pieces are enough for for us. Then I drop them in a bag of either seasoned all purpose flour or Hooters wing coating, shake and deep fry for 10 minutes. I melt half a stick of butter and pour in half a bottle of Anchor Bay wing sauce, dump in the wing and stir till coated. A wet wash cloth is handy if you havr a beard.
