Ate the first half last night, (yummy) and the second half after church today. (not as good as a left over for lunch)

My mouth was tingling for an hour
I had Subway last night with my granddaughter. I had the Chicken Enchilada sandwich on Jalapeno bread with lettuce, tomato, onion and a small amount of jalapenos. It was good........but pretty spicy. I'm just 'learning' how to eat spicy food.

I love turkey and make it a couple times a year besides Thanksgiving. Too good to only have once a year.

Tonight I made my homemade pizza. I am currently eating it as I type. Lots of cheese and onions and bacon.

When you cook the cheese cake set the cake pan in another pan with a little bit of water in it. I use a deep dish pizza pan and put maybe an 1/8" of water in it and set the spring form cake pan in that.
