Actually, I put potatoes and carrots on the very bottom of the Crock Pot. I love cooked carrots. This meal will feed me for several days.

I decided to use Cream of Onion soup. One can never have too many onions. Yesterday I sauteed an onion and ate it as a snack. My granddaughter was grossed out.
I love Cream of Onion soup! And I agree, you can never have enough onions. I want to share this on my cooking page because it sounds awesome. You can just take a pic while in the crockpot. You don't have to "plate" it.

All you can see in the Crock Pot is the stuffing on top. LOL.

Have you ever used the Campbell's Nacho Cheese soup to make a dip for tortilla chips? Just add about 1/4 can of water and heat it. Delicious!!!!

The Wifes been babysitting at our oldest sons house. Just me and the pups all weekend. I did up a typical bachelor dinner tonight...two grilled petite top sirloins, home fried potatoes and a glass of chardonney...it was great!

I can cook. I only charge a flat fee per meal rather than by the hour. I'll even do the dishes afterwards. Deal?
