Raspberry pie, strawberry/rhubarb pie and vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Covet....

I'm awaiting a questionable fish fry from the diner up the street. Wish me luck.

I'm putting pork chops in the Crock Pot with an onion cut over it, a package of dry stuffing mix, a can of cream of mushroom soup ( but you can use any flavour "cream of" soup you want) and 1/4 cup water.

Then I'm going to go outside and tackle cleaning the garage while it cooks.

I'll try. I can never make it look "pretty" on the plate.

I decided to use Cream of Onion soup. One can never have too many onions. Yesterday I sauteed an onion and ate it as a snack. My granddaughter was grossed out.
