Our houseguest made us dinner tonight. Chicken enchiladas, Spanish rice. Had some Secret Breakfast ice cream and cherry pie for dessert.

Secret Breakfast is bourbon and corn flakes.

VikingGal made it from scratch. Tipped a bit more bourbon in the mix than the recipe calls for.
